कौन था तुम्हारे साथ

कौन था तुम्हारे साथ उस दिन
जब तुम अंधेरे में कैद थे
जब अपने आप पर यकीन करना मुश्किल था
जब पहली बार तुम्हें शायद यह लगा कि तुम तुम्हारे लिए काफी नहीं !

कौन था तुम्हारे साथ
उस दिन जब तुम्हें लगा जैसे तुम्हारी दुनिया खत्म सी हो रही है
जब एक-एक कर सब हाथ झूठ से रहे थे,
कौन था वह एक हाथ जिसने हर तूफान में तुम्हारा साथ नहीं छोड़ा

क्या था कोई तुम्हारे साथ?
क्योंकि दोस्त !
तुम अकेले तेज तो बहुत भाग लोगे
पर जब यह कदम थमने लगेंगे
दिल और दिमाग हारने लगेंगे
तो तुम्हें चाह होगी बस उस एक हाथ की
जो तुम्हें खींचकर उस अंधेरे से निकालें
जो तुम्हारा तुम पर विश्वास वापस जगा दे,
तुम्हें बताएं
कि तुम अभी जिंदा हो!
और कुछ बड़ा करने के लिए,
उस अंधेरे से निकलने के लिए
इतना काफी है!!
